Heel mooi donkerrood, tot aan paars aan toe. Zwart fruit, bessen en ook toast. Hout. Anijs, zoethout en roosmarijn honing maar toch ook frisse munt en beetje spicy. Complex, maar in balans. Topwijn uit de Priorat!

Dark deep ruby, hints of purple and velvet outskirts colour with a dense layer. On the nose shows a bouquet of dark fruits, blueberries, warm earth and toasty oak. Perfumed and floral open expression: anise, liquorice and rosemary honey. Fresh mint and shadows of pepper. On the palate is lush and mouth-filling with density, texture and length. Wild red fruits with well integrated silky tannins. Smooth and charming complexity. Balanced. Fresh and deep acidity, with hints of sea breeze & saltiness. Inspiring.
