There’s a touch of game on the nose of this complex bottling, which also shows aromas of smoked berry, clove and garam masala. Roasted strawberry and red plum meet with game, orange rind, herbs and cracked pepper on the well-seasoned palate. The vineyards benefit from the cool climate and maritime influences from the Monterey Bay, as well as the surrounding mountains which serve to make this a unique micro-climate. Made from 100% estate grown grapes.
