This is nicely cloaked with charcoal and roasted apple wood, while the core of steeped fig, blackberry and black cherry paste notes sits in reserve. The well-defined finish is mostly grip for now, but should meld in the cellar. Best from 2014 through 2026. 1,750 cases made.
