The 2015 Guiraud has an attractive bouquet with honeysuckle, apricot, jasmine and yellow flowers on the nose that is reserved at the moment and will need some bottle age. The palate is fresh and crisp on the entry with peach and tinned apricot, a fine bead of acidity with a sense of energy conveyed on the finish. This is a very approachable Guiraud and it should age well in bottle. Anticipated maturity: 2020 – 2050.
