Toki betekent ‘tijd’ in het Japans en tijd staat centraal binnen het rijpen van whisky. Een fruitig en floraal karakter is kenmerkend voor deze whisky, waarvan de smaken zowel puur als in de mix uitstekend tot uiting komen.

In de geur kun je hints van groene appel, honing en basilicum ontdekken. De smaak heeft tonen van grapefruit, druiven, pepermunt en tijm. Zoete en kruidige tonen komen samen in de afdronk, waaronder vanille, peper en gember met hierbij een toets van eikenhout.

Toki means ‘time’ in Japanese, and time is central to whisky aging. A fruity and floral character is typical of this whisky, whose flavors are excellently expressed both neat and in a mix.

On the nose, you can discover hints of green apple, honey, and basil. The taste features notes of grapefruit, grapes, peppermint, and thyme. Sweet and spicy notes come together in the finish, including vanilla, pepper, and ginger, accompanied by a touch of oak.
