E. Guigal Condrieu 2021

E. Guigal’s Condrieu 2021 is a testament to the elegance and complexity of Viognier from the Northern Rhône. This vintage presents a brilliant clear golden yellow hue. The nose is intensely aromatic, featuring notes of violets, apricot, peaches, and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and round, offering a rich, unctuous, and full-bodied experience. The wine achieves harmony through its light acidity and fleshy fruit character.

Fermented and matured with a combination of 30% new oak casks and 70% stainless steel tanks, this Condrieu maintains a balance between oak influence and the purity of fruit. With an alcohol content of 14%, it pairs excellently with dishes like roasted poultry, creamy cheeses, and seafood.
